Sounds exciting, and it’s not raining so that’s got to be good!
Yes, I know you are from the UK so you notice right away how rare it is that it isn’t raining! It was very good weather for West Ireland, though still chilly.
wonderful!!!

Daniel made us a great meal Friday. He and Tanya are well.
We left North Clare yesterday with heavy hearts. In Ennis now, and heading back to the sweaty States on Tuesday morning.
If ye have the time, have lunch, or dinner at The Wild Honey Inn in lisdoonvarna. It is a parents heaven. Everything from gourmet to fish and chips. I will be dreaming about it until I get back. One of the best meals of my life. Relaxed bar food setting belies a gourmet chef.
I’ll be back again in September and hope to see ye then. Enjoy Galway.
Maura: On our first evening in Galway, we strolled by the Connacht Tribune building. A man was sitting in his car with the windows rolled down, smiling with his eyes closed as he listened to you singing “Summer Fly.”
Safe travels to you and your family.
Glad!
Wait until you see them in the pool. They’ve made leaps. G figured out how to float on his back (with inflatable arm bands). He said the pool was his favorite thing in Galway (besides the donuts).
holy moley they’re huge! long overdue for a skype session. congrats to sascha!
Thanks Lynn! Yes, let’s definitely Skype. It is pouring here today so we are around.
I feel like the kids have changed so much already. They are looking like little men to me. I hope you are making the best of this wonderful weather we are having. I think it has rained every day except one since I’ve been here. I’m already pining for California.
Yes, this weather is really dreadful. It was so odd to have the sea gulls calling all around like it was suppose to be summer. I regretted not bringing my wool coat. We’ll make a plan soon. x
